MAXIMUM CHEMICAL RESISTANCE. MINIMAL SPACE.

  • The TFC Series’ heavy wall PTFE (fluoropolymer)-covered Stainless Steel elements offer exceptional chemical resilience against acids, alcohols, detergents, solvents, and even reactive, corrosive chemicals.
  • The TFC’s spiral design allow for maximum amount of heat to be transferred in a compact space. Ideal for small tanks or laboratory applications.
  • Terminal Enclosure: Durable, vapor- and flame-resistant polypropylene protects internal wiring from corrosive fumes. Includes 4 ft of lead wire and 3 ft of conduit.
  • Thermal Protector: Pre-set to shut off at 180°F solution temperature for safety. Each TF Series heater includes a resettable or replaceable protector, which must be wired to a compatible control.
  • Dimensions: Customizable immersion lengths and cold sections to fit your tank.
  • Voltage: Available in 120–600V (Single Phase) configurations to match your power supply.
  • Wattage: Up to 10 W/in² and 9kW total.
  • L-Shaped PTFE Heaters: The TFCL Series is the L-shaped version of the TFC Series, putting the heat at the bottom of the tank.

PTFE-sheathed immersion heaters are ideal for highly corrosive environments where chemical resistance and durability are critical. TFH Series’ size makes it ideal for small tanks. Common industries include:

  • Metal Finishing & Surface Treatment
    • Etching, anodizing, & electroplating
  • Semiconductor and Electronics
    • PCB manufacturing, etching, & wafer cleaning processes
  • Laboratory Chemical Processing
    • Chemical mixing tanks, high-purity acid baths, & corrosive fluid heating
  • Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device Manufacturing
    • High-purity process heating, acid cleaning of stainless steel instruments and components
