Electric Immersion Heaters Allow for Precise Temperature Regulation
Whether you are running a metal finishing company, an OEM, or an aquarium, accurate and consistent temperature regulation is essential for success. Immersion heaters with thermostats allow you to closely monitor and control the temperature of target materials for faster and better results.
Immersion Heating Makes Reliable Freeze Prevention Possible
Frozen water in tanks and waste management systems can be devastating. Frozen oil in tanks, pipes, or hydraulic machinery is also avoidable. Immersion heating provides an efficient and durable solution for freeze prevention. Our capability to craft custom solutions for our customers ensures the longevity and reliability of our immersion heater elements in even the harshest conditions.
Immersion Heaters in Processing Plants
Laboratories, food processing facilities, and all kinds of chemical processing industries around the world require reliable methods for heating target materials. Electric immersion heaters are by far the best solution for the consistent and precise heating of chemicals and other process fluids in tanks and vessels.

Almost 70 Years
HeatMax History
Founded in 1952 by former Naval Engineer George Strokes, we began our history called Glo-Quartz®. At the time our business was focused on the manufacture of quartz sheath infrared heaters for curing and drying.
Since then we have added roll-reduced metal heating element products to our capabilities, allowing us to manufacture industrial air duct heaters and tubular air heaters for heating air and gas.
To better reflect our wide range of electric immersion heaters, we launched our new brand name, Heatmax Heaters, in 2020.
We still manufacture our own electric tubular elements from scratch. This allows us to guarantee the materials and workmanship that goes into a quality product, to customize our heaters to meet your exact heat output needs, and to do all of this in a shorter lead time than our competitors who purchase low-cost tubular elements from overseas.
